click watches have a 1 year warranty.
Your new CLICK watch is warranted to the owner for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any and all parts of the watch that may need repair due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. CLICK watches obligations hereunder due limited to repair or replacement at its option. The warranty exclude battery, strap and excessive wear or damage to the case, crystal or strap.
CLICK watch is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages, and any recovery may not exceed the amount paid for the timepiece. All implied warranties are limited to one year. Buyer is required to produce a proof of purchase upon request. The warranty maybe rejected on products showing evidence of extreme use.

e > How long will it take to get my watch ?
Normally we will ship your watches within 2-3 working days; and delivery usually takes 3-4 days to most part of the world and so ideally you will have your watch within one week. However, packages can get delayed for unexpected reasons like custom handling and if so, it might take longer. If you need a faster delivery, please contact us before ordering to confirm a fast delivery. We're more than happy to help speed things up!
f > How do I care for the coating on my Click watch ?
The coating on your Click watch is part of the exclusivity of its design. The coating gives your Click watch a unique color. Like all fine watches, your Click watch needs to be treated with care. Hard scratches and abrasion will scratch the coating off your watch.
g > Is the coating on my watch covered under warranty ?

To keep the watchband in good condition, treat your band with a mild treatment. This will prevent drying and cracking. It’s best to remove your watch while sleeping. Do not expose your band to water.
j > How do I get a new band ?
Bands, straps and bracelets are not covered under warranty. To have your band replaced with the original band design, you can order the band through our service centre. Please send your request to our service centre at email@example.com
k > How do I get a new battery ?
Most of our watches can be taken to a certified jeweler for battery replacement. All models can be sent directly to us for battery replacement. You will incur a reasonable service charge for watches sent to us for battery replacement.
l > How do I know if I can surf or swim with my watch ?
Please reference the water resistancy rating chart that is displayed in all user manuals, catalogs, and on our website. Some watches are style specific, and due to the materials or case ratings, should not get wet. The specific case rating for every watch is displayed on the back of the product card attached to each watch. We suggest that all leather bands do not get wet. These watches are marked with a No Water Icon.
m > After the 1 year warranty expired, can I still have it serviced ?
